If you have purchased credits and are still not able to watch the live feed(the screen shows "Not a subcribing viewer")
This doesn't mean you have not purchased credits you just need to apply them. Here are the steps you need to take...

1. Login
2. Click on either "My Account"(located on top of page) or Click on the video screen that says"not a subscribing viewer".
3. From here ignore your personal login information and scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. There are 2 options for purchasing; One day(10 credits) or One week(50 credits). Click on which ever option you would like. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN. This is applying your existing credits to this show.
5. Go to the arena of your choice & enjoy.

Do I need to download any software to watch the video?
Most users shouldn't require any additional software to watch videos. If your unable to view the videos, you can install flash player by following this link : http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

What arenas are you broadcasting from?
We will be broadcasting classes from both the Equidome and Wendell arena this year.

I just see a black screen?
If the screen is black the show may be on a break, or in between classes. In those cases please try after 5-10 minutes and it will work. Also please check the schedule for approximate start and end times.

I was watching the live video and it suddenly stopped?
Please refresh the page. Also check the events schedule to ensure an event is taking place at this time.

I hear only the voice and do not see the video?
If you hear only the voice and do not see the video, stop the video stream and start playing again.

I have dial-up connection will I be able to watch the video?
Dial up users should be able to view the event broadcasts, but broadband Internet is recommended for best quality.

Can I watch previous day's shows or is it live only ?
Live broadcasts of events are available while the classes are taking place. Videos of previous events will be available, we will do our best to get them online as soon as we can after the class has taken place. We will only have classes available from the Equidome and Wendell that we were able to capture during the live feed. To view previous events please register.
