This summer kicked off something I have been wanting to do for a while now. I started up Wee Whinnies Therapeutic Minis! My husband and I have been making visits to nursing homes, assisted living, etc. with our miniature horses.
The reception has been just overwhelming, and we sure enjoy it. Here are just a few pics from a couple visits we made.

Wow! I guess I have been away, looks like I was having way too much fun enjoying horses these past months.
Well, finally got to enjoy my birthday present. Domino looked incredible once I body clipped him this spring, very happy. He has turned out to be a wonderful all around horse. He did parades, driving, and also started doing therapeutic visits to nursing homes this summer.
Waiting, waiting and waiting, impatiently I might ad, for this snow to go away so I can start having some fun!
Oh yes!
I do really love it, I say it's like living in a Winter Wonderland....
Just getting an early case of Spring Fever this year!
Well, never say never!
I've always said I would not buy a horse in the winter, but..... Here is Domino, my early Birthday present from the 'ole hubby. Just adore him!
Very sad, our wonderful Smokey had to be layed down. Five years after the diagnosis, the cancer decided to do "it's thing".
We will all miss him very much.
Been catching as much of the AMHA World Miniature Horse Show 2010 as possible the last two days...
I really enjoy watching the youth working so well along side their miniatures, they are so cute (horses AND kids), and some of them just look so"professional" in their outfits and all. Lots of fun to watch!
Thank You to every one who makes it possible for us to watch these shows live!!!
Can't believe the weather we are having....Feels like November instead of September!
Woke up to white frosted ground this morning, and ice even, ugh! I am afraid that our driving and riding fun is too soon coming to an end.
Very sad.
